What we're building

Baseline is an automated structured data platform. We crawl your website, understand what your pages are about, and generate schema markup -- the JSON-LD that tells Google, Bing, ChatGPT, and every other AI system exactly what your business does, what you sell, when you're open, and what makes you different.

We do this proactively. You don't need to understand schema.org vocabulary or hand-edit JSON. You don't need a developer. Baseline watches your site, detects changes, and keeps your structured data current.

Why this matters now

Three things changed in the last two years:

• AI search is here. Google's AI Overviews, ChatGPT's browsing, Perplexity, and a dozen others now synthesise answers from structured sources. If you don't have schema markup, you're not a source -- you're noise.
• Rich results are table stakes. Star ratings, FAQs, event dates, product prices -- these are powered by schema. Pages without them get fewer clicks, even when they rank.
• Most small businesses have nothing. Our research shows that the majority of Irish SME websites have zero schema markup. Not bad markup -- literally none. That's an enormous opportunity.

Our approach

We believe structured data should be infrastructure, not a project. It should work like SSL certificates -- something that exists, renews automatically, and never requires manual attention.

Baseline sits between your website and the search engines. We crawl on a schedule tailored to your content velocity: hourly for event listings, daily for product pages, weekly for static content. When something changes, we regenerate the schema and serve it through our API.

The best structured data is the kind you never have to think about.
